At age 20 Jim sold this farm for his first profit in a Real Estate transaction. After 16 years in agriculture Jim left the farming business and proceeded to buy another farm and develop it into several smaller tracts of land. This began a passion in the Real Estate business that led to an Illinois State Real Estate Sales License in 1999.
